If you're reading this, you're probably expressing a little human curiosity about my shop. I've tried to answer a few common questions below, but if you prefer — just reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org or on my contact form. I've got you!
So how does shipping work?
This depends on what kind of products you ordered.
Premium and vintage collections: Please allow 2–3 business days before your order ships.
On-demand collection: Please allow production time of 3-5 business days before the order ships. Your order may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability. I will contact you if there are any further delays.
If your order contains a mix of products from different collections, it may also arrive in separate shipments.
And what about returns or exchanges?
I cannot offer returns or exchanges on premium or vintage products. If you ordered from our on-demand collection, you can return or exchange items by mailing it back to the address on the packing slip.
However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
How can I pay?
I accept most common payment methods. If you need to make payment via another method you don't see on my site, just contact me. We earthlings will work something out.
