AssetMark, Inc. ("AssetMark") is a leading provider of extensive wealth management and technology solutions that helps financial advisors meet the ever-changing needs of their clients and businesses.


I joined AssetMark as a Social Media Coordinator. There I owned and built their social media content calendar creating compelling content for their target audience of independent financial advisors.


I scheduled social media posts for LinkedIn & Twitter using their social tools and collaborated with marketing managers to brainstorm ideas for upcoming projects and opportunities to repurpose content for an evergreen library.

I shared ideas to elevate their social presence like updating their designs. Here is a before and after example on LinkedIn where we used more engaging images to connect with the audience and stand out:

I developed best practices guidelines for hashtags and keywords by researching the fintech industry, observing competitors, and identifying opportunities.


Another pain point for the company was the amount of time and resources it takes to stay relevant on social media. My solution was to develop more evergreen content and an editorial calendar where marketing partners could request space for comms on our accounts.


I also presented monthly social media performance reports to the marketing team with highlights and opportunities. After adopting some of my suggestions, we increased the number of followers and their engagement levels.
